Meets 3rd Tuesday in the month - Next Meeting 18th April 2023
At our May meeting we were enthralled by the talent of Lisa Moore from 'Felts Forever'. Lisa spoke about her passion for Needle felting and her journey as a self taught 'Felt artist'. We admired her creations and were most impressed that many of her pieces have been bought by customers in Australia and America including a magnificent witch that has gone to live in Salem, U.S.A.
Her larger pieces sell for hundreds of pounds. Lisa also sells modestly priced felting kits, accepts commissions and facilitates workshops. We plan to host a workshop one Saturday in the Autumn.
At our June meeting (LGBTQ month) our speaker will be Helen Jones and she will talk about her journey from male to female.
